It's turned out that the update to the Android 4.3 brings some problems to the Samsung Galaxy SIII users, though actually some of them are not the real problem because they were triggered by the new option in this new operating system or that was because one app is linked with another one which is not turned on and resulting the app crashes whenever the user use it.
